The late, Mr. Michael J. Attard started his business in 1939 at Zejtun by importing lubricating oils and tyres.

In 1940, as business progressed steadily, he moved to larger premises at Marsa. A further expansion took place in 1949, when the Company was appointed Sole Concessionaire for Malta and Gozo of Automobiles Peugeot of France.

It is now one of the longest lasting franchises given by Automobiles Peugeot outside France.

A milestone in the Company's history was achieved in 1963 when the present business premises were opened.

The Company had now grown in stature and had to restructure itself to meet the needs of its ever increasing number of clientele.

His two sons. Michael and John have continued the good work of their late father, the Founder of the Company by modernizing its activities, strengthening firmly the image of Peugeot cars on the island and meeting to the ever-increasing demands by liberalization and globalisation.

The Company is well prepared for the present effort in scientific and technological development which is resulting in the continuous introductions of new technologies which are radically changing the way we work and do business.
