Mechanic / Auto Technician
We are looking to employ an organised, dependable and proficient mechanic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of technical tools. As a qualified mechanic, you must possess customer service skills as well as the ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical problems.
Requirements:
- MCAST Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MQF Level 4) or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driving licence
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
Job duties include:
- Analysing and diagnosing mechanical issues using diagnostic tools
- Carrying out general mechanic repair works
- Observing checklists and protocols whilst conducting repairs
- Test driving vehicles
- Communicating with clients regarding the nature of the repairs required
- Being a good team player capable of working under pressure
- Following all health and safety laws and guidelines
Continuous training will be supplied on new technology. A good remuneration package is being offered to the ideal candidate.
After-Sales Assistant
to the General Manager
We are looking to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented After-Sales Assistant to the General Manager on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must have a proactive approach and be capable of working as part of a team.
Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year previous work experience in a similar role
Job duties include:
- Assisting the General Manager with day-to-day tasks
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing courtesy vehicles to customers
- Processing requests from customers
- Creating sales & purchases orders
- Assisting in the processing of vehicle recalls
- Being responsible for organising towing services
- Assisting in the creation of after-sales promotional offers
- Liaising between various department to ensure a smooth customer after-sales experience
- Assisting HR with ongoing operations
Service Advisor
We are looking to employ an organised, dependable, and proficient Service Advisor to join our growing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A team-oriented attitude with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
- A minimum of VET Level 3 Qualification & ECDL Core Qualification.
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
- Possession of a valid Maltese driving license.
- Experience in a similar role will be considered advantageous.
Job duties include:
- Oversee service operations, including the processing of work orders and the accurate handling of billing procedures.
- Provide professional assistance to customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage service bookings and ensure that time allocations for services are properly scheduled.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments through various communication channels.
- Keep customers informed regarding service completion times and associated expenses.
- Prepare and finalise work orders daily, including those related to warranty services.
- Develop and promote workshop service packages.
- Ensure all customers receive a high-quality workshop experience.
