Service Advisor
We are seeking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our professional workshop team. This role is key in ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth handling of vehicle service operations.
Requirements:

Fluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken.

Minimum of five (5) O-Level passes, including English and Mathematics.
-
ECDL certification (or equivalent computer literacy).
-
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
-
A proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job duties include:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence.

Book customer vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding service queries, repair work, and general concerns.

Follow up on the status of ongoing vehicle repairs and keep customers well-informed throughout the process.

Notify customers promptly once vehicles are ready for collection.

Handle daily warranty-related processes, including data entry, documentation preparation, and completion of job cards.

Liaise effectively with workshop staff and other colleagues to ensure efficiency and smooth communication.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional support and conducting follow-up when necessary.

Mechanic / Auto Technician
We are looking to employ an organised, dependable and proficient mechanic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of technical tools. As a qualified mechanic, you must possess customer service skills as well as the ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical problems.
Requirements:
- MCAST Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MQF Level 4) or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driving licence
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
Job duties include:
- Analysing and diagnosing mechanical issues using diagnostic tools
- Carrying out general mechanic repair works
- Observing checklists and protocols whilst conducting repairs
- Test driving vehicles
- Communicating with clients regarding the nature of the repairs required
- Being a good team player capable of working under pressure
- Following all health and safety laws and guidelines
