Customer Case Handling — Escalated customer cases, follow-ups, and technical team coordination.

Manufacturer Liaison — Communication with Peugeot, Citroën, and Opel on technical bulletins, warranty, and compliance.

Administrative Support — Documentation, scheduling, and internal communications.

Vehicle Handler

Ensure efficient flow of vehicles to avoid congestion and maintain operational efficiency

Prepare vehicles for delivery or further inspection

Mechanic / Auto Technician
We are looking to employ an organised, dependable and proficient mechanic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of technical tools. As a qualified mechanic, you must possess customer service skills as well as the ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical problems.

- MCAST Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MQF Level 4) or equivalent

- 2+ years previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
