Workshop Receptionist

We are currently seeking to recruit a Workshop Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and a good working knowledge of Maltese. 

  • A minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels or equivalent, including English and Mathematics. 

  • ECDL certification or equivalent.  

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. 

  • A creative, responsible, and proactive approach to work. 

  • Team player with a professional attitude. 

Job duties include:

  • Dealing with customers over the phone, through correspondence, and at reception. 

  • Booking vehicles for repairs and servicing. 

  • Assisting customers with any queries and concerns they may have and responding as efficiently as possible. 

  • Following up on the status of vehicle repairs, ensuring clients are informed of the repair process, and communicating with clients when vehicles are finished. 

  • Dealing with daily warranty jobs, including entering all information required, compiling all necessary documentation, and finalizing job cards. 

  • Communicating and organizing as necessary with colleagues. 

  • Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with assistance given through our workshop and resolving any outstanding issues.

Mechanic / Auto Technician

We are looking to employ an organised, dependable and proficient mechanic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of technical tools. As a qualified mechanic, you must possess customer service skills as well as the ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical problems. 

Requirements:

- MCAST Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MQF Level 4) or equivalent

- Attention to detail

- Computer literate

- Excellent customer service skills

- Driving licence

- 2+ years previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset  

Job duties include:

- Analysing and diagnosing mechanical issues using diagnostic tools

- Carrying out general mechanic repair works

- Observing checklists and protocols whilst conducting repairs

- Test driving vehicles

- Communicating with clients regarding the nature of the repairs required

- Being a good team player capable of working under pressure

- Following all health and safety laws and guidelines

Continuous training will be supplied on new technology. A good remuneration package is being offered to the ideal candidate.
