TAKATA STOP-DRIVE AIRBAG RECALL

At Michael Attard Ltd, we take safety very seriously.

Your vehicle may be affected by a safety recall concerning the airbags of your vehicle. Your vehicle, which is equipped with airbag inflators manufactured by the company Takata.

Chemicals in these inflators may deteriorate over time, exposing the driver and the passenger to a risk of rupture of the airbag inflator with too much force in case of a crash, capable of causing serious injury or death.

Certain CITROËN & DS vehicles manufactured from 2009-2016 may be part of this recall, we therefore urge you to enter your VIN number in the table below to confirm whether your vehicle is affected by this recall.

Verify if your vehicle is affected by Takata Airbag STOP-DRIVE recall

If after entering your VIN number, a message does not pop up, then your vehicle is not involved in a recall, and no further action is needed.

The VIN number (or chassis number) can be found on your logbook or windshield of your car.
